摘要

Cancer photodynamic therapy (PDT) is based on theactivated oxygen produced by a photosensitizer and certainwavelengths of laser light. The active oxygen generatedcauses cell death, at least in part, through lipid peroxidation.In here, we observed that mitochondrial PHGPx(phospholipid hydro-peroxide glutathione peroxidase)overexpressed-cell represented resistance against the celldeath induced by PDT.
