摘要

Using sol-gel technology combined with W/Ornemulsions, we have developed an innovative method forrnproducing ceramic particles with independent control overrnthe release rate and particle size. The average particle sizerncan be varied from 10 nm to 100 μm and is controlled byrnthe emulsion chemistry. The release rate can bernindependently varied mg/hours to mg/month and isrncontrolled by the internal microstructure of the particles.
