鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯(Dibutyl phthalate,DBP)為常見之塑化劑,其具環境荷爾蒙性質.近年來,斑馬魚(Zebrafish,Danio rerio)已發展為胚胎研究中重要之模式生物,因此本研究以斑馬魚胚胎探討DBP對生長發育所造成之影響.試驗结果顯示斑馬魚胚胎在不同暴露時間下,其LC50於24、48及72小時分别為4.04ppm、1.85ppm及0.95ppma暴露後成功孵化之斑馬魚,可以明顯看出卵囊腫大、脊椎彎曲、色素分布不均及卵囊畸形等現象,顯示DBP可能造成動物胚胎發育之不利影響,確立本研究實驗方法可檢定水體中DBP對斑馬魚胚胎的毒性,其敏感度最低可達1ppm.%Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is a commonly used plasticizer.In laboratory experiments,it has been shown to cause developmental defects,and changes in the testes and prostate,and reduced sperm counts.In this study,zebrafish embryos are model organisms which were tested DBP influence in development.In DBP toxicity testing,zebrafish embryos exposed DBP in different period.Respectively,LC50 in 24,48 and 72 hours was 4.04ppm,1.85ppm and 0.95ppm.After experiment exposured,zebrafish embryos that were hatched successfully could observe enlarged yolk sac,spinal curvature,uneven skin pigmentation and yolk-sac malformation on the larvae.The results indicated that adverse effects of low concentration DBP could detect by zebrafish embryo and this test method has high sensitivity.The all results show that embryonic was exposed in DBP environment,could be caused unnormal embryonic development.Using zebrafish embryos acute toxicity test to identify DBP concentration range in water.In the future,it can be an indicator to assess the pollution of environment DBP.
