Analysis of Frequent Failures with Low Pressure Wet Gas Tank

摘要

The thesis analyzes three types of frequent reasons for wet gas tank, and the major reasons are regarded that guide roller locks and jumps its rail and guide roller rail is abraded. Frequent lift and unsmooth running result in the deformation and leakage of gas tank. The main reasons for eroded gas tank erosion are oxygenization of steel materials and electrolysis function as well etc.. In the thesis, we think it is necessary to establish a set of efficient assessment method in using gas tank.
