Study on Service Outsourcing Efficiency of Chinese Cities Based on DEA Model

The essence of competitiveness is efficiency, directly determines the level of competitiveness of service outsourcing cities in undertaking international outsourcing services. The relative efficiency of Beijing, Wuhan and other seven representative service outsourcing model city undertaking international outsourcing has been studied based DEA model, concluded that: (1) Different service outsourcing model city in China is great differences in relative efficiency; (2) Chinese overall efficiency in undertaking international outsourcing services is low, regional differences is in the development of service outsourcing industry, it is not balanced; (3) Homogenization of the service outsourcing city is serious, intense competition; (4) Midwest in the future development trend of outsourcing will have greater potential and advantages. The various regions and cities must explore their potential and strengths to continuously improve the effectiveness of undertaking service outsourcing, to achieve best value for input and output, and enhance economic vitality, to keep the city sustained, coordinated and rapid development.
