study of the gas sensitive propertie sof MFe_2O_4 nanopowders

摘要

Four mixed oxides MFe_2O_4 (M=Cu~2+,Zn~2+,Cd~2= and Mg~2+) have een prepared and characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction anlysis (XRD),transmission electron microscpe (TEM) and specific surface area measruements.The rsults reveal that all these samples are spinel-type mixed oxide nanopowders with high specific surface areas (40-80m~2/g).
