Publishing and decisioning bidding system based on J2EE platform in combination with spring and hibernate technology

摘要

This article describes the web application that supports publishing and decisioning auctions announced by governmental units. Application is fully compatible with all European Union regulations related to this field. It covers defining a new auction, publishing, administrating and closing it.
