Abstract: Optical breakdown is of importance from the viewpoint of determination of maximum energy of high-power lasers which the atmosphere can withstand as a medium of propagation. In this work we generalize the results of our investigations of the development of laser-induced breakdown in the turbulent atmosphere containing background concentration of solid aerosol particles and analyze the accompanying electrophysical and optoacoustic effects. !5
