An artificial-triggered lightning flash was observed by photodiode at the height of 37.21 m including 17 pulses superposed on the initial continuous current stage, three return strokes and one M-component. The statistical characteristics of initial continuous current pulses, return strokes and M-component were analyzed in this paper. The maximum of peak value of the luminosity in 17 initial continuous current pulses was up to 20.23 digital unit, close to that of the return strokes. Additionally, the scatters for half peak width versus peak value presented the relatively distinguishable trend that along with the peak value increasing, half peak width decreased correspondingly in terms of hyperbolic function. Apart from the light intensity of return strokes, the remaining statistical characteristics of three return stroke like 10-90% risetime, half peak width, front time and tail time were close in value.
