摘要

A novel technique, called synthetic optimal approach of combining regional guided order principle and biological evolutive strategies, is described in this paper. THe GOBE aproach adopts respective advantages of guided evolutionary simulated annealing and darwin & Boltzmann strategies. It retains the local and global ocmpetitions of GESA nd udges whether Metropolisian porcess is stable by using D&B strategies. We apply the tehnique to ore-burden and gasoline blending problems as examoles. The results show that the convergence ratio fo GOBE method is fast and the solutions are stable. It outperforms other optimization methods in engineering practics that need stable solutions.
