摘要

We fabricated mesoporous silica nanoparticles (Si-MP) covered with pH-controlled bioabsorbable CaP nanoshells. The covalent anchorage of urease on the Si-MP surface could induce the CaP deposition on the Si-MP surface through a mineralization process. The CaP coatings could be dissolved at cellular endosomal pH to trigger the release of an anticancer drug.
