Enterprise architecture provides the functional and operational context for information technology development through the expression of context specific requirements. The integration of large enterprise architectures presents problems of alignment and translation that result from domain specific taxonomies. This results from context specific use of words that does not provide a consistent communication between architectures in different domains. This paper proposes an "industrial model" for the production of scalable, modular, and interchangeable architectures through the application of a "standard model" that generates a consistent taxonomic structure and consistent semantics for information technology and human competency requirements. This improves the ability to develop requirements for both system and human participants in large multi-domain architectures with both speed and consistency.
