Partial Element Equivalent Circuit (PEEC) methods, for solving electromagnetic problem ,uses two discretizations, to volume cells for resistive-inductive partitions and to surface cells for capacitive partitions. Three-dimensional (3-D) problem geometry is partitioned to hexahedral volume cells. Around outer surface of these cells, with half-cell shift, surface cells will take place. When FastCap2 is to be used for capacitance calculation of surface cells, care should be taken for relative position between edges of neighbouring cells. How this relation will influence accuracy of calculated values, and situation to avoid will be part of this work.
