A Project Post-Occupancy Evaluation System and Knowledge Base Model Based on Knowledge Management

Knowledge management has been playing an increasingly significant role in modem management campaign in that it can efficiently manage to create, transfer, maintain and evaluate knowledge within organizations. By analyzing the problem of lacking support knowledge for decision-making in current project management, this paper put forward a thought of introducing knowledge management into project management. Initially, the significance of building timely updating decision knowledge system and then project post-occupancy evaluation is discussed. Next, on the basis of the special features of project management as well as the discussion above, this article solves the efficiency and time effectiveness of knowledge by establishing a novel post-occupancy evaluation system which is also an automatic self-fresh-circulation. Finally, a fussy model of information management system, namely a knowledge base application model, to make this whole theory real is proposed.
