Study on the Influence of Corporate Knowledge Integration on Operational Performance-Using Trust as a Moderator Variable

This study aims to determine if knowledge integration of the financial industry in Taiwan influences operational performance through the mediating effect of trust. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted on questionnaire survey. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed, and 315 valid questionnaires were retrieved, with a valid return rate of 63%. The results showed that trust reveals mediating effects between knowledge integration and operational performance.
