Analysis on Environment Protection Instruments-Tradable Permits and Environmental Tax Based on Swedish Practice

This paper focuses on the analysis on two environment protection instruments: tradable permits and environmental tax. In each aspect the general information, the advantages and disadvantages, the characters, the idea of design are displayed. Then it is put into practice in Sweden surroundings to get a deeper insight.
