The Cityof Dallas,Texas and their design engineer Camp,Dresser,McKee chose to use an open specification to bid the once through oxygen speicfications and plans is presented.The task of process design evlauation and hte informaiton that must be provided to bidding general contractors by the system suplier is described.The results of the bidding are listed.There follows a description of th process and equipment installed along with how the process is controlled.THe paper concludes with system performance guarantees and perforance test results.
