In this paper, synchronization problem is investigated for a new array of coupled neural networks with multiple time-delay components. The considered system is more general than those basic mathematical model with single delay. Based on a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the Kronecker product technique, a delay-dependent criterion is derived to ensure the global synchronization. The criteria is expressed within the framework of linear matrix inequalities, which can be easily computed and checked. Finally, a typical example with chaotic nodes is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed result.
