This paper is based on the analysis of materials developed by Head of the Project, General Designer, Scientific Head, Head of Equipment Construction. Development of the energetic sector in Russia has to meet the economic and environmental requirements and also to be accepted by local communities as well as by the entire society. Arising power demands of the national economy and proper solution of the environmental problems could be met through further development of nuclear energy.
