Ball State University Faculty/Staff Minicourse Registration Project

摘要

Juggling faculty/staff PC training, a minimal staff and a zero budget has been a challenge and the motivation for developing a faculty/staff minicourse registration Web site at Ball State University(BSU). The progression from manual generation of registrations, notifications, reminders, waiting lists, evaluations, certificates and statistics to the Web has vastly improved the employee workload and provided clients with better service.
