摘要

Flight test is a key link in developing missile weapon system. Safety control in flight test has a direct bearing on safety of missile and test personnel themselves. Therefore, technical safety management is very important in flight test, especially in a large-scale flight test. In this paper, the concept of system safety engineering and the practice and application of its theory in technical safety management of a large-scale flight test of cruise missile are introduced, which includes technical safety management in developing and production processes and technical safety management in the process of large scale flight test of cruise missile. Having verified in practice, the theory and mehtod of system safety engineering play a certain role in technical safety management of large-scale flight test of cruise missile.
