Research on an Expert System for Appropriate Management of the quality of Storged grain for Food and Feed Processing

摘要

Preserving the quality of harvested foodstuffs is a scientific and economic factory of worlwide importnace. research work in this domain shows that stored grain is a living entity where existing factors belong to different levels - physical, biological and economical levels - and interact. Research and development studies carried out in laboratories and on the spot, generated a knowledge of an experimetnal and grnaulary nature hwich is of low practical value for stored grain management. Managing stored grain proves to be acomplex problem which can be dealt with by the expert system technique of advanced computer science.
