摘要

A new concept, QoS Fluctuation Function(QFF), which is a tool to represent dynamic feather of the distribution of networks service resources such as bandwidths, delay, etc. is introduced in this paper, and the distance vector protocol QoS routing algorithm is generalized by utilizing QFF. The generalized algorithm is equipped with direct mechanisms for QoS monitoring, upon which several methods to estimate QoS level on routing path are developed. Simulate experiment shows that the generalized algorithms support to stabilize QoS level and control the network overload, etc.
