Comparative of Supply Chain Inventory Management Using Simulation

摘要

In the paper a Model and Simulation for the management of inventory, transport and transshipments within the Point of Sales of a Supply Chain is considered. In the model proposed, costs analysis is included. Point of Sales can make autonomous decisions for the transshipments. A negotiation mechanism is introduced for governing transshipments between Point of Sales. Model considered is evaluated by using Simulation. Economic results gives useful guidelines for the planning of the Supply Chain in terms of: transportation, transshipments and inventories sizes.rnSimulation results can be used in Lean Simulation for a fast modelling of similar problems. In particular critical parameters, for the performance of the systems, are found.
