摘要

High frequency emergency lighting apparatus for telecommunication power system is proposed in this paper. The proposed circuit configuration comprises an electronic ballast, a line voltage detector, and a charger/discharger. To reduce the size of the system structure and to raise the system efficiency, the class E inverter and the bi-directional converter are employed, respectively. A simple model and design procedure are both constructed by reasonable simplification and combination skills. The overall system efficiency is promoted above 91%. Complete analysis and design considerations are discussed in detail in this paper. Experimental results agree with the theoretical prediction.
