The speed of the technological change and the enterprise environment, force the companies to a forced modernization to remain itself competitive. The pressure that falls upon the companies leads many times the companies the situations where important values are invested, without counterpart in the improvement of the business or its competitive position, not obtaining to use in its benefits the advantages of TI. The objective of this article will be to contribute for the understanding and systematisation of ways of adoption of SI, nominated systems ERP. Two cases of companies will be analysed, with data gotten for inquiry, with which a comparative analysis is effectuated between the adopted models, initial and reached goals.
