Intelligent Software Agent (ISA) Technology for Business Simulation Games

摘要

Based on a research project conducted to bring together a Business Management Game (BeSim) cooperating with a prototype of ISA technology the authors present results along with areas of ISA technology for simulation processes. The article focuses on practical and theoretical issues of intelligent software agents in a balanced way. Beginning with a brief overview on ISA classification we then describe the basic set-up of the Business Simulation Game (BeSim) accommodated with ISA technology. Herby we outline the fields of application for ISA support. We then point out issues that must be addressed by agent-system builders. Finally, we present conclusions.
