摘要

Pulsed dc sputtered titanium-doped indium oxide (ITiO) films have been successfully deposited onto glass substrates. Dye-sensitized Solar Cells (DSCs) fabricated using such pulsed dc ITiO films as a Transparent Conducting Oxide (TCO) electrode showed reasonable efficiencies of 6.6 %. It is expected that this performance can be enhanced by reducing series resistance of the device, caused by the adsorption of oxygen on to the ITiO film during annealing in the DSC fabrication process.
