摘要

IntroductionThe gas produced from coal gasification contains H2S and other hazardous sulfur compounds. The desulfurization of coal-derived fuel gas to remove sulfur components from hot coal gas is considered to be one of the most efficient technologies for offering potential improvements on the thermal efficiency. The desulfurization technology at medium-high temperature can not only protect equipment against corrosion in the later stages of the process, but also implement the strict government regulations for sulfur emission. To remove hydrogen sulfide from hot coal gas, several pure and mixed mental oxides, including zinc-based sorbents, iron-based sorbents, copper-based sorbents, cerium-based sorbents, manganese-based sorbents and calcium-based sorbents have been intensively studied[1]. The sorbents iron-based oxide of desulfurization have the advantage of high sulfur capacity and reactive property, but their mechanical intensity is poor.
