AMOLEDs with Rapid Thermal Processed (RTP) Polysilicon TFTs

摘要

Organic light emitting diodes are a new flat panel display technology that offers high luminous efficiencies. In this paper, a polysilicon active matrix organic light emitting diode (AM-OLED) display technology will be presented. The display design and pixel structures will be discussed. A VGA display with a single thin film transistor (TFT) per pixel along with its performance will be presented.
