摘要

The very easy-understanding analysis algorithm and its advantage when measuring the turning inertia of the rigid body by three-line-pendulum are discussed in the article. Meanwhile, it comes up with some suggestions improving the traditional testing so as to simplify the testing and reduce the uncertainty of the measured result. It is one of the essential physical experiments measuring the turning inertia of rigid body by three-line-pendulum. It attracts the teachers and students' attention because of its strong theory, its varied algorithm and its difficult operation. However, the deduced theory in many text books is so complicated that it's impossible for students to understand, and both the accuracy of experimental result and the teaching effect are influenced because of the unsuccessful statement of the testing technique. In accordance with the author's teaching practice the two problems are discussed in the article.
