Study on the Technology of the Stereoscopic Inspecting

The system for internal stereoscopic test will be introduced in this paper. Some advanced technology was accepted, such as photoelectric inside observation, stereo-image technology, image processed technology. The system can be used to test the inside of the object or other component in real-time, and the position, dimension of the flaws of the inspected object can be given. The system have some character, such as image acquisition on-line, shift digital image processed. The system can obtain the information of the concave and convex of the face of the inspected object.
