Properties of Lgs and It'S Application in High-Temperature Saw Wireless Passive Sensors

摘要

It's one important task of the fields of oil, chemical plants, motors, spaceflight, military, etc. that the measurements of temperature and pressure in high temperature (HT). Because power supply and cable connection are difficult in HT, and the electro-circuitry also out of gear in HT, so the using of general sensors is restricted. In this paper, the HT and SAW properties of LGS are analyzed, and it's application in HT wireless passive sensor is put forward, the key questions, e.g. the system of wireless passive sensing, the sensitive structure and package of the sensor etc, are discussed.
