摘要

It is indispensable to comprehend and quantitatively evaluated characteristic of human machine system in order to improve efficiency of production and to ensure physical safety manufacture. So that more simple system can be provided for operator. In the research, special sensor system has been designed used in human and machine system for measuring various operational and physiological information. Using sensor system the operational and physiological information can be measured such as operator's body motion, cutting force, hand wheel rotation, blood pulse, respiration, electromyogram of forehead (EMG), electroencephalogram (EEG) etc. As showed in experimental results it could be testified that designed system of sensor is desirable in human ― machine engineering by analyzing various operational and physiological information.
