摘要

Cellulose belongs to one kind of natural polymer,which has a wide range of sources and abundant production.However,the use of natural fibers is inefficient and low-yielding.Under the appropriate conditions,natural fiber processed by physical method,chemical method,biological method and enzymatic hydrolysis,can be transformed into pure nanosized-cellulose,which can greatly increase the use fields of natural cellulose and improve the performances of nano-cellulose,such as the strength,biological activity and the specific surface area.In this study,high purity nano-cellulose was prepared from eucalyptus wood fiber by enzymolsis process.The eucalyptus wood fiber combustion ash and water-soluble substance was tested.We also discuss the influence of swelling agent on the morphology of nano-cellulose.The results show that the distribution of nano-cellulose is more uniform,the size distribution of particle is in the range of 20~30nm.
