Research on aging problem of essential service water system(SEC)rubber-lining pipe and replacing scheme thereof

摘要

The essential service water system(SEC)of some nuclear power units in Daya Bay has been running for more than twenty years,thus the carbon steel rubber-lining pipe has been aging,and a variety of failure modes appeared.The failure modes mainly represent local defects like bumping,damage and peeling of lined rubber.In this way,the overall thickness of the lined rubber is thinner,and corrosion and perforation appeared on some serious parts,which resulting in the reduced reliability of the SEC.
