For real property disposition, new statutory authorities and interpretations of existing statutory authorities have led to more public-private partnerships, including limited liability corporations (LLC's). 4. For personal property management, the business center concepts holds promise as a means of reducing costs and enhancing net revenues. 5. Intellectual property is a key component of Strategic Asset Mgt and holds the most promise for attracting "new life" and thus incentivizing clean-up.
