The interpersonal conflict as collision of members of crew of a spacecraft is being provoked by long flight, by conditions of the limited space, by distinct from terrestrial a gravitational field and other specific conditions. Scientific ways to control of conflict is possible at presence of mathematical model of such process. Source of conflicts according to our model is disagreement of actions of cosmonaut No 2 with the interests of cosmonaut No 1. These actions are entering in the contradiction with internal position of cosmonaut No l, expressed by the standard of his behaviour I_1'. Characteristic of a conflictness of cosmonaut No l with cosmonaut Ne2 is the relationship s_(1/2)= I_(2/1)/I_1'= 1/p (p - tolerance of cosmonaut No 1). The conflict is expressed by number of the open disagreements W_1 started by cosmonaut No 1 as reaction to behaviour of cosmonaut No 2. The balance equation of a conflict's tension between two cosmonauts on the space ship is presented in such kind: (σ+as~2)(1/s -1)=R ρ_(1/2)τμ_1/ V=C_(ex), where σ= W_1/ W_Σ. Received equation is corresponding of catastrophe cusp, which allows analyze quantitative influence of various magnitudes including temperament and character of the cosmonaut, various conditions of space flight on occurrence of disagreements in crew of the space vehicle.
