THE STUDY OF THE CARRYING CAPACITY OF SUSTAINABLE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT

With the sustainable tourism development in 90's, more and more people realize its influence (whether positive or negative) on the destination's environment. Since the carrying capacity of destination is the intrinsic restrictive factor to the growth of the tourism, to compare the carrying capacity of the tourism resource with the actual demands to acquaint tourism operators with the life cycle of them is an important principle to make the strategy for the tourist and environment's unisonous development. This paper attempts to establish the fuzzy linear model to plan the tourism carrying capacity through the study of the composing of the carrying capacity, the relationship between the tourist carrying capacity and the tourist benefit and the measurement of the carrying capacity.
