In this work we studied some of the main effects of the rapid expansion appliance the experiments were performed on a dried human skull. The analysis made about fringes patterns on the surface of skull and dental structures; those fringes were produced by rapid expansion appliance. The reaction of bone was made using technique of the double-exposure holographic interferometry is a non-destructive method. The experimental set was made to get two holograms at same time, to view a distribution of fringe at both view of skull. The fringe direction change after through by suture. Same hologram plates, the fringe pattern were Asymetrix between hemi - maxilla after activation of screw. The deformation was find less on the bone more distant of force application point. Moreover, major deformation patterns could be observed in inner hard structures of the skull base when applying orthopedic force.
