As an important part of Intelligent Transportation System, RouternGuidance System (RGS) is studied and developed for years. Since therntraffic congestion has increased in urban network, it becomes morernimportant to guide vehicles using roads optimally and to reducerncongestion and improve traffic efficiency in urban network. Problemsrnof route guidance focus on how to identify the optimal route and howrnto assign traffic to routes available. The Object of trafficrnassignment is considered as the principle of route recommendations.rnIt is important to have an appropriate optimal goal according withrncurrent or expected Level of Market Penetration (LMP) for a betterrnlevel of acceptance by user and benefit of whole system. Some modesrnof traffic equilibrium for route guidance are introduced in thisrnpaper. The benefit of individual user and whole system with thernassignment principle proposed are also discussed and evaluated underrndifferent LMP.
