Leadership is the pivotal force guiding us into the next century. Two of the many challenge facing industry today are the Harmonization of the work force and the replacement of associates who are promoted within the organization. Each individual has a unique and special talent in his/her own area of expertise. Within these special skills and knowledge each individual can provide a significant contribution in their own functional area and yet not contribute to the advancement of the organization. Thus there is a strong requirement to align the work force with the Mission and Vision of the Corporation. There are many techniques to achieve this objective, but the concept being presented today is one of Orchestra Style Leadership to create a sculture that permits an associate to seek his/her own career direction while advancing the Mission and Vision of the Corporation.
