Design Aspects of a Fast 3D Surface Scanner Based on DMD Technology and Confocal Microscopy

摘要

So far with the Microscan project we have introduced a new type confocal microscope by using DMD technology. Both the optical and the mechanical simulations proved that the Microscan will be able to reach the defined project target. The main outcome of the project will be a product of high accuracy, low price and a high-speed state-of-art microscope for both medical and technical areas.
