摘要

Plasma pencil is a special type of plasma nozzle. Through this nozzle flows working gas. The power electrode is connected through the matching unit to the rf generator driven at frequency 13.56 MHz. In the contribution the plasma channel of unipolar rf barrier torch discharge generated by plasma pencil at atmospheric pressure is investigated by means of optical emission spectroscopy: rotational temperature from OH rotational lines, vibrational temperature are determined from nitrogen bands for different electrical parameters and construction design of the plasma pencil.
