The report of the Secretary details the publications, produced since the Durban Inter-sessional Meeting and the General Secretary's report includes a table of publications sales. A goal of the CIE has been to reduce its dependence upon fees and dues by increasing its income from the sale of publications. However, that goal is yet to be achieved despite various initiatives of the past two quadrennia.
