The following lists the 24th Manoeuvring Committee (MC) tasks with explanation of how these have been carried out.rnReview the state-of-the-art, comment on the potential impact of new developments on the ITTC and identify the need for research and development for predicting the manoeuvring behaviour of ships including high speed and unconventional vessels such as planing boats and catamarans. Monitor and follow the development of new experimental techniques and extrapolation methods.
