摘要

Heat damage is an important physical phenomenon that affects the properties of the metal-ceramic composite coatings (CMCCs) greatly. As a novel technology, laser cladding ceramic-metal composite coatings (LCCCs) showed special importance in recent years because the ceramic particles in LCCCs have low heat damage extent and hence showed excellent wear resistance. In this report, the heat damage behavior of the ceramic particles with different size grades was analyzed and their effect on the abrasive wear resistance of the LCCCs was studied.
