The processes of sense formation are connected with human selfcommunication, which is often a reflection of interpersonal dialogue. Personal meanings born in the process of communication can be of two types: connected with the subject of communication, and connected with the communication act itself. Analyzing acts of virtual communication for the development of new relationships in it, without guarantees of the authenticity of the subjects, is impossible, and therefore it is only expedient to analyze virtual communication from the point of view of the development of the subject of communication in it. The article analyzes episodes of interpersonal communication in social networks, thematically related to culture, politics, worldview problems. The following indicators serve as criteria for their content: the seriousness of the declared topic of communication; the concreteness of the questions posed; duration of discussion of the topic; deviation from common stereotypes; the reasoning of self opinion.
