Nowdays, the problem of forming accurate time stamps for the continuous monitoring of the stability of the parameters of the equipment of digital substations of smart power systems with real-time scale and, as a result, increasing energy efficiency, aimed at researching the improvement of the quality of time transmission systems using IP technologies and optimization on the speed of phase-locked loop systems used in the time stamp provider. The use of an adaptive digital phase discriminator (DPD) allows you to control the shape of the optimized PLL device's performance.
