The necessity for rapid speed digital circuits has become more outstanding as the communication field and the portable multimedia are incorporating in the area of information processing and computing. The major shortcoming of the current era computers shows the way of decline in the presentation of fundamental arithmetic calculations and operations which can be defined as addition, subtraction, division, multiplication in terms of delay, carry propagation, high power consumption and large circuitry complications. This system defines the addition/subtraction of the carry free n digits because the carry propagation delay is the significant and vital feature in terms of the speed of any digital system. In this paper, we are giving the basic review of papers for the QSD Adder/Subtractor.
